ABOUT DR. JANE O’REILLY
Jane received her PhD in Organizational Behaviour at the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia. Her research interests focus on better understanding the ‘social world’ of organizations: the social relationships and interpersonal interactions that impact employees’ mental health, well-being, and general life satisfaction. She supervises undergraduate and graduate students as part of her Workplace Relationships and Well-Being Lab. Her work has been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada and published in leading peer-reviewed management journals.
