Coordinating Better Meetings

Do you and your team have difficulty facilitating productive meetings? A report by Bain & Company estimates that 40% of time spent in meetings is unproductive time. Some companies have decided to eschew meetings all together. But meetings are an important communication tool in organizations. The goal should not be to avoid meetings but to create better, more productive ones. In this workshop attendees will learn about why meetings can often feel unproductive, discuss strategies to prevent common ‘bad habits’ that often derail productive meetings, and learn how to be a better meeting facilitator. Attendees will be asked to complete a short survey prior to attending the workshop.
